What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle form of energy balancing in which the body's natural response is stimulated to release stress, enhance relaxation, and provides deep healing on all levels. Reiki gives you a sense of serenity. When the energy moves freely the body can heal itself on all levels. When taking a Reiki class, the student harnesses the natural healing ability. The student is then considered a practitioner to use Reiki for themselves, others, pets, and relationships. There are three Usui levels, in which the third is master. At that point, the student may teach. 

Long-distance Reiki is done remotely. Energy has no boundaries and can be performed across distances as well as backward or forward in time.
